When Ogre raised nearly $1 million dollars on Kickstarter everyone was surprised but not surprised. After all, this was a game with 30 years of history and a very strong pedigree. But what caught everyone by surprise was the game Zombicide, that was funding at the same time and came in right behind Ogre at $781,597.
Then, almost immediately afterwards the same company launched their Sedition Wars Kickstarter campaign that immediately jumped over $275,000. The little company that few in board game market had heard of had suddenly raised more than $1 Million in about a month and a half.

In Episode 59 I invite David Doust to join me on the show and talk about CoolMiniOrNot and share with us some of the secrets of their success.
